| The 2 Plano Clubs got together for a fund raising event on Saturday, Oct. 20th, at the Plano International Festival. They sold pizza, drinks, and popcorn and stayed busy all day long. There were thousands of people in attendance at the show. There was also a Kiwanis information booth located in the "community section" of the show, and we handed out flyers, maps, and "talked Kiwanis" to everyone we could stop. We met many hundreds of people during the day and just about ran out of material to hand out. We also set up some future meetings with some of the International groups to come speak to them about Kiwanis activities in the community. | |

The Key Clubbers really enjoyed the booth. Without them, it would have been much harder. They made the day! |
