Rex Howard is a twenty year Kiwanian who is a retired high school teacher, but is still teaching part-time at Collin College. His past also includes over twenty years in hospital based education and biomedical research. His Kiwanis career started in Temple, TX where he was a distinguished president and started the Santa Pal program. After moving to Richardson, he served two terms (one distinguished) as president of the Richardson Kiwanis Club. When Rex became a Kiwanian, one of his goals was to serve as Lt. Governor.
